Dynamic, self-motivated, multi-tasking, confident, organized, and highly personable professional who is driven to build relationships with vendors and sub-contractors and create new business opportunities. This position will work closely with management, accounting, project and construction staff, customers and vendors. This position must communicate with all levels of management and non-management personnel in a professional and responsive manner.

Responsibilities:

· Hiring of area operations staff

· Train PEs and PMs on staff

· Annual reviews with area operations staff.

· Ensure culture is maintained.

· Oversee projects from a Project Executive level.

· Organize weekly meetings with Project Managers

· Work with preconstruction staff from an operations level

· Ensure client satisfaction

· Follow through with leads and potential new clients.

· Increase sales annually.

Requirements:

· 10 years of relevant experience

· BS in a relevant field is preferred

· Understand and prioritize safety

· Demonstrate company values; Integrity, Respect, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Stewardship, Entrepreneurship

· An understanding of all aspects of construction and all contract delivery methods.

· Outgoing personality able to create strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Experience working with and leading a team.

· Attention to detail.

· Dedication to providing quality work for clients.

· Team oriented and goal driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
